About Me

I’m a technology lawyer, dealmaker, business enabler, product counselor, crypto native and a proud husband and father of three. I grew up near Seattle, with early exposure to the region’s thriving tech ecosystem. Before building my current practice, I spent formative years as an attorney in New York representing securities firms and banks on Wall Street. While immersed in traditional finance, I recognized early that innovation was accelerating. And I wanted to help shape it.

I returned to the Seattle area to be part of that disruption and reconnect with a community steeped in innovation. Today, I advise companies at the forefront of the digital economy, helping them scale bold ideas through AR/VR devices, data center expansions, blockchain projects, AI integrations, strategic partnerships and more. I thrive on working with ambitious teams—from fast-moving startups to global enterprises—to close deals, navigate risk and bring innovative products to market.
